Better than Kems September 24, 2008 Morley Dotes (Flushing, New York USA) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
First let me say that we used Kem cards in our club exclusively, however, the last few decks were so bad that we decided to try Copags. Lucky for us, as these cards are much better. No problems with the cards. No defects (Kem had 4 of 4 decks bad). If you play regularly you need to use these cards. They are washable, almost impossible to ruin (with normal use), and they feel brand new for a long, long, long time. Once you use these cards you will never go back to regular decks. If you only play once in a while, then the cost of the cards may not be justified, but the feel, slide, etc., is so far superior to regular decks that you will be glad you bought them.
Copag 100% Plastic = 100% Great! March 8, 2007 Amanda Moxley (New York, NY) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Have been playing with these cards for about a month now and love them. They feel exactly like they felt when I took them out of the box. I'm a big Texas Hold 'Em player and there's nothing worse then playing with old worn out cards. Other than losing I guess ;)
The price was just right. You won't need to purchase another set for quite a while.
These are the only cards I'll use anymore December 29, 2009 Brian 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have regular get togethers with my friends to play poker, and we used to go through a red and blue deck of regular Bicycle playing cards every couple games because inevitably a card would get marked by either getting bent (creased or warped), liquids spilled on a card, or scratched. With these Copag cards you can use them for years with normal use before needing replaced. Liquids are easily wiped off, pulling the cards up to look at them doesn't warp them, and it's very VERY hard to actually crease these cards.
The only issue I've had with these cards is if you're not playing on a felt surface (i.e. a smooth surface like most tables) they are very slick, so while dealing you have to be careful not to slide them off the edge of the table.
I love these cards and these are the only brand cards I'll buy from now on.
Copags > KEMs August 8, 2007 WT 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Love these cards. Super durable, moreso than KEMs. We used to play poker with KEMs and Copags and left both sets of cards in a non-air conditioned room for a week, out of direct sunlight. The KEMs looked like potato chips. The Copags were fine. As long as you don't forget your cards in a hot room for a week, then KEMs are fine, but my preference is Copag especially given the lower price.

These cards are great for poker. Now I don't have to replace my cards every month!
